It was clear this is a cheap knock off from the start.
The blade bolt holes on the carrier, that are supposed to stop the bolt rotating in the carrier, are far to large and the bolt has enough room to rotate freely.
Where the big issues comes in is the fact that the blades supplied are not blades at all. There is no edge whatsoever on them. Both sides of the blade are both the same thickness as the metal. Zero edge. Meaning I had to sharpen them myself.
For an extra $10 dollars I should have just bought the actual Masport stuff, but I didn't think this thing would be so cheap as to not even have an edge on the blades.

We understand your point regarding the blades. These blades are supplied with a flat profile, as the twin-blade quick-cut system relies more on speed and shear than a sharp edge. That said, we agree that many users expect a light bevel similar to OEM blades, and your feedback is fair.
